Climactic WHAT? How Dare You!

Never thought I'd hear such a song; its trance and drum 'n' bass having climactic [insert vulgar sexual word here]. Take a gander...

I found the following comment to be a more appropriate description:

these songs make me want to conquer the world, while riding a tiger, into a tornado, made of rainbow clouds

Dull Weekends, Joyful Weekdays

You read it right; there's no typo! This is honestly how I feel about my life at the moment. My weekdays are stimulating and my weekends are down-right boring. I have enough to look forward to during the work week, but when it comes time to the weekends, forget about it. I'm at the point in my life where going out to clubs is not cutting it. I look forward to more meaningful interactions with people with similar interests.

I plan on finding an activity to do at my local community centre, considering it is only a short walk away. My problem right now, is that I'm not sure what I want to do. More so, I don't know what excuses I will come up with to prevent me from signing up for anything. So, the questions is: Can I commit to an activity that will help me not feel so bored every weekend? My answer: Yes. I can and I will! Now if only I were decisive about which activity to go with.

Once A Gamer, Always A Gamer

I’ve taken a sudden interest in a recently released (June 2010) PC game called APB: All Points Bulletin. The game has a lot of buzz surrounding it, and it caught my attention. I believe I discovered APB (for myself) a few days ago, thinking that I would get it for sure because of its resemblance to the GTA series. However, as time goes by, I keep thinking it has great value just in the games abilities in customization. Then I thought I might be filling a boredom void by buying the game. I also viewed a ton of videos on YT to help me decide on whether or not I should make the impulse buy.
The funny part is that I currently hold a critical review video of APB in high regards, yet the more I do my research, the more fun the game seems. I plan to run the game in XP on an iMac with Boot Camp, so I’m really unsure of whether it will meet the appropriate system requirements. If you are running the game in Boot Camp, please don’t hesitate to comment on this post.

With that said, I don’t have an organically Windows keyboard; meaning, all my keyboards were made by Apple. I’ve been comparing the Logitech G13 with the Belkin N52te, and I’m not even sure if I really need them. If I do indeed buy APB, then I’ll try it out with my Apple keyboard and if that fails, maybe I might consider a regular cheap keyboard (with a 10 dollar tag) or the G13 (with a 90 dollar tag), depending on the value of the game itself.Note: There is not a download link in the YT vid description.
